CineGrid is a 3×3 movie trivia grid. Each row and each column
has a category. Your job is to name a movie that fits both the
row and the column category for each cell.
For example, if the column is "Directed by Nolan" and the row is
"Sci-Fi Genre", you could answer Inception or
Interstellar.
Guesses: You start with 10 guesses. Every guess
— right or wrong — costs one. Wrong answers let you retry the same cell.
The game ends when all 9 cells are correct, or you run out of guesses.
Scoring:
| First-try correct | +150 pts |
| Correct after wrong guesses | +100 pts |
| Each wrong guess | −10 pts |
| Perfect grid (9/9) | +100 bonus |
| Max possible score | 1,450 pts |
Infinity mode removes the guess limit — great for exploring
the puzzle without pressure. Scores in infinity mode are marked with ∞.
